Who doesn’t want to be able to look down at there abs in a rough time and immediately smile again just because they know they’re fit?! Having killer abs isn’t just great for feeling confident with your beach body. They are also great for the framework of your body, improving your balance, and having proper posture. Abs can help you look killer and definitely feel great too!

So, we all know that getting abs can be done by doing the right workouts. But nobody said that you have to leave the house for this!
Without leaving the comfort of your own home
In this post, I have made a video full of intense ab exercises that work out your obliques, core, and overall abs. These can all be done without even having to leave your house or get a gym membership!
Yes, the gym is great for machines, weights, and sometimes some extra motivation but without leaving our home we can still achieve the same results for our abs.
Plus, being at home has its own benefits too. Including not having to workout between a certain time and if you want, you can even stay in your pajamas! No need to impress anyone.

Let’s get some killer abs!
This video is full of over twenty different workouts that I did without leaving the house, well…my apartment. Each of these workouts engages the ab muscles at one point or another to achieve the exercise desired. They each can be made simpler or more challenging depending on your own comfort level.

Don’t forget, even though this can be done without leaving your house, you can definitely still do these exercises at a gym!
I like to mix and match the workouts and I suggest pinning this and saving it for future references.
For each exercise, I would try to do it for at least 30 seconds and if you can do more, try 4 reps of 10.
How to get the most out of these workouts
To get the most out of these workouts and to be sure that you get killer abs, make sure to have the correct technique. You will need to focus on moving slowly, take deep breaths and remember that there is absolutely no rush.
The point is, to make sure your muscles are burning, this will mean that they are being challenged and creating more muscle, making you stronger. Also, contracting your muscles by squeezing them and keeping your body tight is helping to improve the muscle tone in your body. So make sure to squeeze your muscles in order to make those killer abs more defined!
Avoid these 7 Common Mistakes Keeping You From Reaching Your Fitness Goals
If you are doing these exercises easily, you may need to add a medicine ball, a dumbbell, or even a weighted vest to get the most of out of this workout. The more it burns, the more muscle you are creating. So the burning sensation should get you motivated and be feeling accomplished.
But, one thing to remember is that nutrition does play a big role in getting those killer abs too! So make sure to be getting those healthy meals in and add some protein to your diet!
